the past few days my life have been very much unproductive but it was had been really good. its been a looong time since i last reunite with all my cousins. it was good fun. but i also got to see unnecessary money being "thrown away" (well not literally) to some thing that at first doesnt really require that much money. money in this world is definetely not evenly distributed. sometimes i think why does money is not given to those who really need it and really deserve it. this world is truly unfair. yesterday i watched a show in oprah called the christmas kindness. oprah and her team went to south africa to give money and presents to unpriviliged kids in there. most of kids there are either really tested positive for HIV or they are orphans who had lost their parents to AIDS. through this show i can really see the poor medical facilities and how many people are dying of AIDS just because they are unable to excess to the necessary drugs for treatment. so many people are dying of AIDS. as much as 1/3 of the people in one region that can be infected with AIDS. after watching such a show. it really puts your life in different perspective. you will starts to see your life differently. you will realise how lucky we are to be staying in Singapore. after seeing the show, it really moves me. seeing the pure joy on the children faces when the open their presents. for some of them it was the first time they ever received a present. to the world outside, we are very much oblivious to this matter. we read about it everyday in the news but we never really pays much attention to it. even though we cannot help those children so far away. we can start small. by helping people around us. that's why i kind of feel sad coz these past few days i see momney being spent away without much careful consideration. so sad. haiya i think i better stop this gloomy subject. hahaha. by the way. i've also not done any my homeworks. this is pathetic. hahahaha. anyway. be back in spore by 30 dec.
