tried Body Combat today. man my whole body is aching now. my arm hurts like hell. and my abs hurts even more. maverick wasnt letting us stop AT ALL. and he was like "why dont i here you scream?", "let me hear you shout".. the moment i got out of the class i cant feel my legs and hand. when i got to school.. i stupidly choose today to buy 4 freaking thick books.which total up to 2500 pages and 5 kilo (i really measure it) i was carrying it up down .. up and down again. haha. well.. let's just count it as a good exercise. now as i type this. even my arm hurts again.. damn.. now the projects are rolling in. finally it feel like school again.
